Through play, music, and reflection, Dr. Rho designs spaces that support self-regulation and invite honest conversation — especially where power dynamics tend to get in the way. At the heart of her work is a simple but powerful idea: there’s nothing to fight, only choices to be made.

Lerna designs and facilitates dance and embodiment-based creative learning experiences that nurture personal and ecological awareness, authentic expression, and deeper connections with self, others, and the living world through practices of belonging, kinship, and entanglement.
